With a support agreement at Tick Cad, you will quickly get answers and solutions to your questions. The tickets on your agreement can be used for all technical assistance by telephone and team viewer, but it is recommended that time be set aside for installations and scheduled tasks. If the service is requested by a named consultant, it is also recommended to make an appointment. Support is settled in tickets and 1 ticket is used per started quarter. With a support agreement you get an overview of consumption and automatic "refueling" of tickets to the agreed amount.
